PAYMENT: Starting July 1st, 2021, all scheduled rentals must be paid for at the time of the rental reservation via PayPal.

RENTAL SCHEDULING: All studio rentals should be booked using the studio specific scheduling tool below. If your desired rental start time is not displaying on the day you wish to rent, the space is already booked and we recommend booking another studio or altering your time or day when feasible.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING RENTALS: All cancellations and rescheduled rentals more than 24 hours from the scheduled rental time will be done below by logging into your account under the studio you rented and cancelling or rescheduling your rental.

Online rental cancellations more than 14 days from the scheduled rental date may receive a full refund for their rental minus a $5 administrative fee. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days from the day of the online cancellation.

Rentals rescheduled online with more than  24 hours from the time of their scheduled rental may reschedule the same room for the same duration at no additional charge, as the original rental will be used as credit for the rescheduled rental. Keep in mind that you must reschedule, not cancel, your appointment in order to  use the credit from your original rental toward your rescheduled rental, and this must be done no less than 24 hours before your scheduled rental start time and rescheduled below.

No refunds will be given to renters cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours from the start time of the rental.
